Right of withdrawal for consumers

You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires days after the day on which you received the product.

In the case where multiple products have been ordered, the day of the cooling-off period only starts on the day after you have physically received the last product. In the case of multiple parts being delivered, the cooling-off period starts on the day after you physically receive the last part.

Consequences of the right of withdrawal
If you revoke the purchase agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest type of standard delivery), without delay. and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. We will refund you using the same payment method as you used for the original transaction, unless we expressly agree otherwise. There will be no fees charged for making the refund.

We may delay the refund until we have received the returned products or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the products, whichever comes first.

You will return or hand over the products to us without delay and in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract. You have met the deadline if you return the products before the 14-day period has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the product.

You are liable for any loss in value of the products resulting from use other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the products.
